RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Print-on-Demand Items Most items in our store are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We will issue a replacement or full refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • With a printing error (wrong design, misprint, fading)
  • Significantly different from what was described

To request a replacement or refund, contact us at isthatjp@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-POD Items For items fulfilled from our Brooksville, FL location, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and contact us to initiate a return (for eligible non-POD items).

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
