Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-demand periods (drops, sales, holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free Economy Shipping – Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
  • Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (carrier-calculated rate at checkout)

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and fulfilled.

International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and carrier rates.

Estimated international delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Jp Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Print-on-Demand Orders Some items in our store are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. These items may ship separately from other items in your order and may have slightly longer processing times.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
